Meet Judy Real Estate Broker, CRS, GRI, MLS Vice-President, State Director, Notary Public An area resident for many years, Judy has been practicing real estate full time since 1970 as an agent, manager, broker/owner. During this time, Judy has established a positive working relationship with the real estate community and has a proven track record of quality service to her clients and customers. Judy attributes her success to having a mindset of real estate counselor and consultant rather than a salesperson. Beginning her career in 1970, Judy first specialized in commercial, land sales and investment properties and then included new and resale residential properties. Over the years she was the recipient of numerous achievement awards, including Realtor Associate of the year, Realtor of the Year, California Association of Realtors Director, and the Redlands Chamber of Commerce award of the "Most Valuable Person in a Small Business". Judy has also found time to serve her community. A long time member of The Chamber of Commerce, Outstanding Volunteer of Year for the Redlands United Way, Redlands Morning Kiwanis, serving as president twice, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Toastmasters, Business and Professional Women's Assoc., Redlands Daily Facts Advisory Board and Friends of Hillside Memorial Cemetery. While a perennial top producer, Judy's main focus has been to better serve her clients through continued training and education. To that end, she is one of the select groups of Realtors in the United States who have earned higher professional designations, including GRI, (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). This designation is conferred by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. It is reported that less than 4% of all realtors hold the CRS designation. Judy has also completed an advanced course in computing skills and earned the "Five Star Rated" designation in computer skills. She also serves as a Notary Public as a service to her clients.
