Mr. Wiegand worked as a Senior Editor for the Lincoln Laboratory Journal , for Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Lincoln Laboratory. As Senior Editor of the Journal, Mr. Wiegand edited comprehensive articles on current major research at Lincoln Laboratory. Lincoln Laboratory conducts research and development pertinent to national security on behalf of the military services, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other government agencies.

Mr. Mello has over ten years of engineering and engineering management experience with the United States Air Force in a wide range of technical fields. He worked on software intensive communications, database, command and control and radar systems, as well as video teleconferencing and microwave landing systems. Mr. Mello also chaired working groups on systems integration, interface control and communications, and software development.

We provide strategic counseling to our clients for a variety of patent matters, and prepare and prosecute patent applications in the United States and abroad, in a wide variety of scientific and technical areas. As examples, the firm prepares and prosecutes patent applications relating to a variety of electrical engineering disciplines, computer science and software, mechanical engineering, and business methods.
