David Milstead, who heads the company, currently serves as president of the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association. Additionally, he is a past president and life director of the organization. David has served as Chairman of the Rockingham County Planning Commission, and also on the Board of Directors for the Bridgewater Volunteer Rescue Squad. David and his family attend the Briery Branch Church of the Brethren where David has served as Chairman of the Executive Board and as a Deacon of the Church. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, meeting new people, being active in the community, attending Sonya's music concerts, and attending Tyler's baseball games.
