Description

The Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Emergency Department, which serves more than 25,000 patients a year, is staffed with board-certified emergency physicians, highly qualified emergency registered nurses (RNs), a team of support staff, and a network of specialists who can be called in at a moment’s notice. BID-Milton’s Emergency Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care quickly and conveniently. Our team of emergency physicians and nurses are highly trained in various specialties to handle a broad range of adult and pediatric emergency care.

A thriving hospital must welcome the opinions of its patients and their families in order to develop programs and practices that meet the needs of the community it serves. Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton's patient-centered philosophy of care recognizes the importance of the patient's perspective. Through our Patient and Family Advisory Council, we hope to provide an ongoing forum to involve our community in shaping our hospital services.

New President, Peter Healy comes to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton with over 20 years of Hospital leadership experience at Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital and at Boston Medical Center.
