The mimbela family has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. during that time, we have grown from a one crew rock wall and concrete repair company into a multi-state general contracting operation specializing in concrete placement and employing well over 200 people. we currently have a workload of about twenty projects at any given time, and yearly sales of $20 million on average. A major factor in our ability to continually grow has been our business philosophy of seeking out experienced and highly qualified individuals for every position we offer, welcoming them to our team, and retaining them for years to come. our atmosphere provides employees with open lines of communication, a highly qualified and experienced management team, and constant opportunity for advancement within the company. we ensure a legally compliant workforce by registering our employees with the department of homeland security’s e-verify program, as well as performing pre-employment and random drug screening. Our customers enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing they will be delivered a quality product, completed as quick and cost effective as possible. we have worked on government projects for nearly 15 years, and bring that work ethic to every project we encounter. We have a well established, written safety program that ensures compliance with company policy as well as reinforces, on a weekly basis, common hazards that may be present at various times throughout a project. in addition to weekly toolbox talks, our employees are required to wear proper personal protective equipment at all projects at all times. We are an sba certified small disadvantaged business and hub zone concern. our bonding capacity on individual projects is $10 million, and our total program capacity is $20 million, with a federal register rating of a – vii.
