As a professional massage therapist I assist people with a wide variety of needs such as sports injuries, chronic back pain, stress, MS and fibromyalgia. In order to help my clients more I decided, in 2002, to expand my education by earning ACE certification in personal training. I use my added knowledge of kinesiology to help my clients live a safer and healthier lifestyle.

When I decided to add permanent cosmetic enhancement to my aesthetics practice I contacted Deb Long who is the owner and sole instructor at Advanced Educator School of Permanent Cosmetic Makeup. Deb has state and national certifications in permanent cosmetics and is licensed by the Illinois Department of Education. She is dedicated to providing the best education possible and worked 1:1 with me as I learned this skill, through hands on practice, under her guidance.

You can do no harm by trying EFT on your own. You cannot say the wrong things when you tap, just as you cannot say the wrong things when you pray. But some issues, especially those that evoke strong feelings or painful memories respond better when working with a trained practitioner. Sometimes problems are not straightforward and finding the root cause is much like peeling away the layers of an onion. Working with a practitioner experienced with EFT will insure that you learn the procedure correctly and end each session in a positive and calm emotional state even if there is more work to be done later.
