Non-defective returns will be shipped at the customer’s expense, and a 15% restocking fee may be assessed. We must receive the returned package within 14 business days of the RMA issue date. Discontinued items are not eligible for return or exchange. All products are sold with the respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. When returning products, we strongly recommend using a carrier that can track packages. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring returned items. Items weighing 150 lbs. or more need to be coordinated through our Customer Care Department. No returns will be accepted without original packing material and documentation. All items must be returned in "new" condition including all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. We are not liable if you order the wrong product. We offer many different products and provide manufacturer part number information and some technical specifications to assist in your buying decision, we may not offer technical support however we will assist you to make your purchase from us, the most satisfying event possible.
