Our unique use of Cisco TelePresence © for focus groups means you can have the same face-to-face experience of traditional focus groups for the lower cost and convenience of online methodologies. TelePresence is state-of-the-art, live virtual video conferencing like you have never seen before. Three 1080p HD video screens in a semi-circle are connected to a conference table, reflecting an image of an identical room “on the other side”, contributing to the perception that all parties are around the same table in the same room.

Mindwave uses state-of-the-art Web-based survey tools as the foundation for our online survey solution. The customization and scalability of our solutions enable us to administer surveys that are tailored to your needs. This tool suite is a fully integrated solution with the stability, security, and functionality to execute project management, data collection, data analysis and reporting, and even panel management tasks.

Our approach to “packaging” research solutions is to do so when we think it will address a real recurring or persistent need for our clients – i.e., we typically won’t package a methodology or technique just because we know how to do it – we want to be flexible in customizing the right approach for each unique research need.
