John has over 25 years of public accounting experience working with individuals and businesses with concentrations in the health care & dental related fields, industrial manufacturing, restaurants, and retail stores. His extensive experience in the tax industry serves to aid clients with tax issues and business planning needs.

Bud has over 30 years of public accounting experience in a variety of fields including real estate, construction, manufacturing, professional service, and health care industries. He performs tax and accounting services for both individuals and businesses including S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Estates & Trusts. Bud earned a BS degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University. His experience working for the Internal Revenue Service prepared Bud to handle audit issues with both the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board.
