Description

We currently have a full-time position open at our Bloomington office for a Technical Support Specialist/Trainer. This position is accountable to delivering outstanding customer service in a timely and efficient manner to customers questions regarding trouble-shooting service and install related issues on residential/light commercial products. In addition, this position is the primary trainer for residential equipment. As a trainer, this position is responsible for developing and delivering technical training in topics of new product and trouble-shooting for internal and external customers. Qualified applicants will have thorough knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and parts, experience in installing and servicing equipment and an excellent track record of independently trouble-shooting previously installed equipment. Applicants must be able to provide outstanding customer service via phone and off-site job visits as well as represent Minnesota Air at meetings and/or phone conferences. This position also requires experience in designing, developing and delivering technical training in the HVAC field.
