This is a ONE coat water-sealant which not only saves material cost, but saves the labor cost as well. Our Silicone Rubber gives a 400% elongation which allows expansion and contraction, building movement, temperature extremes, etc. The product has a very high perm-rate (this allows moisture-vapor to escape while not allowing liquid to enter the surface).
