Back-up CD-ROM Products: We provide back-up CD-ROM products as a convenience for our customers. Shipping and handling fees are included in the price. To keep the price as low as possible, all back-up CD-ROM orders will be shipped by USPS First Class mail or airmail only. The only exception will be for combined backup CD-ROM and box orders, in which case the backup CD-ROM will be shipped along with the box via the specified shipping method. Therefore, please be aware that no tracking information will be available for backup CD-ROM orders.

Miraizon collects your personal information to provide you with the best customer service. In addition, we may use your personal information to keep you up to date on the latest product/company announcements. You may be asked to provide personal information such as your contact information and your software serial number when you use our online services including online support, product registration, and downloads. We may occasionally use your data to communicate with you to provide information we think you will find useful, such as notifications of product updates.

To purchase an upgrade, go to the Miraizon store page and click on "Upgrade from a previous version". Enter the serial number for your old product and press "Check Number". You will then be able to select among the upgrade products available to you. Click "Add to Cart" to add the upgrade product to your shopping cart. Should you wish to continue shopping, you may always return to your shopping cart with your upgrade product intact by choosing "Shopping Cart" from the top menu.

A. We provide backup CD-ROM discs at a nominal cost as a service to customers concerned about having a backup copy of their software purchase. Backup CD-ROM products are only available for customers who purchase full or upgrade versions through the Miraizon Store. Fees for shipping and handling by regular first class postal mail or airmail are included in the cost for both US and international customers.
