Steve brings to Miramar over 15 years of senior leadership experience in general management, technology operations, and strategic M&A.

Azuro is an electronic design automation (EDA) company supplying software tools to design digital semiconductor chips. The company’s unique clock tree synthesis and physical optimization technologies make chips faster, reduce chip power and dramatically accelerate chip time to market. Customers of Azuro’s software include Broadcom, Cambridge Silicon Radio, NVIDIA, ST Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments. The company was founded in 2002, and has completed over 40 tapeouts since launching its first product in 2005. Azuro was acquired by Cadence Design Systems, Inc. in July 2011.

Solarflare is the pioneer in high-performance, low-latency 10GbE server networking solutions. The company's architectural approach combines hardware and software to deliver high-performance server adapter products and application acceleration middleware for superior performance in a wide range of applications including high frequency trading, high performance computing (HPC), cloud computing, storage and virtualized data centers. Tom Ricks is the Chief Investment Officer for H&S Ventures LLC.
