Founded in 2002 by our President, Bob Ellison, Missing Link began with the idea that computer services could be provided in a different manner – one where the provider only profits when its customers systems ARE WORKING. In 2006, Mike Runyon joined the team as we began employing technology and automation to bring “big business” I.T. benefits to small companies at a fraction of the price.

We often meet small business owners who have allowed “Cousin Ted” or “Julie’s friend” to take care of their critical business systems. While these folks may have provided a great service at a great price, they typically don’t have the experience or knowledge of today’s constantly changing technology systems.
