Mark Vargas is President of Mission Infrastructure, a project management and construction services firm based in Los Angeles and San Bernardino. Mark has over 13 years of experience working in the government and political arena, and six years private sector experience in the public-works construction industry. Mark gained several years of experience in the construction services industry as a Senior Project Manager for Cordoba Corporation, and was also responsible for the company’s Strategic Development and Corporate Communications operations.

Mission Infrastructure is dedicated to helping government agencies and private institutions with their infrastructure-related challenges. Our team of professionals has experience in assisting clients with all aspects of project management. We're on your side and can assist with all aspects of your project, whether providing construction management services, engineering services, or public affairs services.

Mission Infrastructure is leading a team of project managers, attorneys, and communications consultants to develop a Community Mitigation Fund to finance projects that alleviate environmental and other impacts in the surrounding neighborhoods. As settlement of a legal dispute (TraPac MOU), the Port of Los Angeles is working with several environmental, community groups, labor and environmental justice groups to develop a new entity to oversee community and environmental mitigation projects in the neighboring areas impacted by the expansion of the Port.
