A limited one year warranty covers the homes electrical components, plumbing components and structure. The appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, water heater, and furnace are covered under a warranty provided by the appliance manufacturer such as GE, Nordyne, Rheem and others. The outside air condenser is covered by its manufacturer and is normally carried by the AC installer.

Our homes are warrantied by the Manufacturer with a one year limited warranty for plumbing, electrical, and structure plus a one year manufacturer appliance warranty. Mitchell's Customer Service Department has a new number for service request and you can even text your request now to (501) 593-0159.

Every New Manufactured home is covered by a 1 (one) year limited warranty. That warranty is not provided by the dealer or the lender. Although there may be times the manufacturer calls upon the dealer to repair a defect covered under the warranty; the warranty is still provided by the manufacturer who built the home.
