We are a firm of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) founded July 1, 1981 by Mitchell Freedman. We offer a wide variety of diversified services to clients located in the Southern California area, throughout the United States, and also in foreign countries. Our practice encompasses services to numerous fields, with an emphasis in motion picture and television production, and service and personal service businesses in the area of the performing and creative arts.A substantial portion of the services we provide are performed by our Business Management Department. These services involve the day-to-day management of our clients' liquid assets (including the payment of bills, depositing of revenues, and the related record keeping); preparation of periodic financial statements; risk management; and tax, investment, and personal financial planning.Our firm also prepares all types of Federal, state, local, and international tax returns; participates in tax examinations at all levels of the Treasury Department; and offers tax, estate, retirement, and employee benefits planning services to our clients. Additionally, we can provide personal financial planning services on either a comprehensive basis or provide segmented planning in the areas of income tax; estate tax; investments; insurance; matrimonial financial planning; and funding for education and retirement. We also have experience in the areas of data processing; business valuations; business acquisitions and sales; personnel recruitment; financial management; budgeting; and litigation and expert witness services.
