Connie Mitchell and Mike Mitchell Founded Mitchell Heating & Cooling in 1973 with the goal of "Providing Quality Products and Services, on time, from a family you trust". Connie has over a decade of community leadership service; and has served in the State Department of Public Instruction, the State Legislature, the State Governor's Office, and the State Board of Elections. Connie is also a State Certified Election Official. She has held a myriad of important community volunteer positions; including the Rolesville Fire Department and Rolesville Baptist Church as a teacher, book keeper, and music instructor. Connie Mitchell is a daily reminder of what all the things leaders in our community must do to be successful. She holds every member of our team to the highest of standards. Connie continually reminds us to take great pride in our work and strive to keep our customers satisfied.
