Lloyd has worked in the pump industry for over 20 years, moving up through the ranks from his first position as a product manager, to territory manager, sales rep and most recently as a Regional Sales Manager with Mitchell Lewis & Staver.

Jim Paulson has worked in product development, operational, sales and strategic marketing for over 30 years in North American and International markets. He is currently working for Coaxis , parent company of Viewpoint Construction Software as Chief Operating Officer, and is also a private business consultant.

Peter has served as a President/Chief Operating Officer for over 15 years. He has taken divisions of Fortune 500 companies to double-digit growth through organic as well as acquisition strategies that are simple, yet powerful. He specializes in business strategy, positioning and long term growth planning.
