Mobile Asphalt Company (MAC) has been in business in the Mobile area for over ten years. In that time, we've built a reputation as a leader in the production of hot mix asphalt and road-building and related work on state highways, roads, and commercial sites. We have six EPA-certified plants in Mobile, Baldwin, Washington and Clarke Counties that produce hot mix asphalt (HMA). Our diverse locations make us accessible to our job sites in lower and mid-Alabama. MAC has earned numerous awards including the Build Alabama Award from the Association of General Contractors for our work on the 30-mile Foley Beach Express in Foley, Alabama and several Outstanding Pavement Awards for work ranging from runways at the Jack Edwards Airport to drainage improvements on the I-10 George C. Wallace Tunnel in Mobile. We have done extensive work for the Alabama Department of Transportation and the Mississippi Department of Transportation and for many municipalities in the south Alabama area. Mobile Asphalt Company is a fully licensed, insured and bonded contractor in Alabama and Mississippi and a member of the Alabama Road Builders Association.
