NEW*** February 22, 2014, St. Louis Park, MN My house is apparently out of this company's service area - but they were quick and professional in responding, and even provided a possible solution my problems. I e-mailed this company to inquire about servicing a snowblower that is broken. They wrote back during the same day; unfortunately I am out of their service area, but were kind enough to include what they think the problem might be and what I could try to fix it. Surely free advice can't be an everyday practice, but it was much appreciated given the urgency of my situation (SO much snow!). I wish I could use this company, and would definitely recommend them to others!.
