Currently Jean Robichaud is Chief Technology Officer at MobileHelp and brings with him over 22 years of technology experience in a wide range of businesses from telecommunications to web systems infrastructure. Having joined the MobileHelp team in 2009 as Lead System Architect, Jean was instrumental in building and integrating its core infrastructure.

You don't have to be a subscriber to AT&T to utilize our service. The mobile device we provide uses AT&T’s cellular service and this is included in the price you pay for our plan. So this works for any subscribers as long as they live in an area that has AT&T cellular coverage.

I just wanted to share with you my experience ordering your MobileHelp product. I was researching this product for my mother, and had to run the details by three siblings. This was not an easy task as my mother was as she said “not interested.” We finally got her turned around to agree to giving it a try and this was in large part due to the knowledge and patience of your highly competent consultant, John. At no time was he pushy, and he always explained everything in great detail. And, he is enjoyable to talk to and never seemed rushed. Wishing you and your company continued success.

Mr. Flippo has experience in forming high-performance teams and has held executive roles at high-tech companies such as Motorola, Boca Research, and Emergin Incorporated. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of MAMA, the Medical Alert Monitoring Association.

Company may transfer or assign this Agreement to a financial institution, other personal emergency services provider, or any other business entity. Company may use subcontractors to provide the Services. This Agreement shall apply to any assignee or subcontractor and protect them in the same manner as it is applies to and protects Company. Any subcontractor shall be considered an "independent contractor" and therefore not affiliated with Company in any way as a partner, joint venture, agent or employee. You may not transfer this Agreement without prior written approval by Company.
