MOBIUS Corporation is an applied research and development, technology evaluation and systems integrator located in Alexandria, Virginia. The company was founded in 1983 to help meet challenges faced by human service agencies and educators working with children and families in a high technology era. The MOBIUS senior staff are experienced professionals with solid backgrounds in information systems technology, program evaluation, educational research methods, early childhood education and instructional design.

Since its inception in 1983, MOBIUS Corporation has actively worked with environmental, education and human service agencies. All of the founding partners of the corporation have years of experience in working nationally with public schools and Head Start programs in a variety of capacities. For example Dennis Deloria was chief of evaluation (1976 -- 1983) for the Head Start Bureau in Washington, DC. While employed with Applied Management Sciences, Drs.

MOBIUS has worked with Region III Administration for Children and Families Contractor on several projects providing database definition and development, training, technical assistance, and consultation. Some of the projects are described below.
