Mod Space Design is a Residential and Small-Scale Commercial Interior Design and Fine Art Services firm based out of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. In addition, our Principal Designer is also a Realtor ® and can assist with any Real Estate needs. Our service area includes the entire Front Range and the I-70 Mountain Corridor. We pride ourselves in custom tailoring every project to suit each individual client. The results are not only unique, beautiful and comfortable, but also highly functional and versatile.

Interior Decorators are primarily concerned with decoration: paint, fabric, furnishings and accessories… items that change the look, aesthetics or visual impression of a space. They are able to alter the color of the walls, the types of finishes, and add decorative elements to the space, but they are not qualified to remove or alter any standing structure, make electrical/mechanical changes, or anything else of a more complex nature. This is because becoming an Interior Decorator requires absolutely no formal training.

Owner and Principal Designer, Jennifer Eber , is an allied member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), is currently the Vice President of DADA (Denver Art Dealers Association), and is a Realtor ® with Cherry Creek Properties, LLC . Jennifer has worked for 7 years as the Principal Designer for Mod Space Design, has 3 years of professional experience owning/operating an Art Gallery, and has another 3 years of professional teaching experience in Fine Art.

Mod Space Design grew out of, and replaced, Found Objects Colorado. Found Objects Colorado was a fusion art exhibition and event space located in LoDo (lower downtown), Denver. The business specialized in showing and selling contemporary artwork from a wide range of Colorado based artists, and in providing art services to its clientele. These services included, but were not limited to: openings and special events, artist representation, acquisitions, consulting, installations, framing, custom display design, lighting design, collection documentation, and more.

2. To begin the process use our contact page to compose a message with the subject “Give Back Nomination”. In the message, the submitter should introduce themselves and request our nomination submission email address. Once we provide that email address the submitter should then digitally submit the following required items.
