I have lived in Racine my entire life and love this community!! I’ve worked for Modesti Realty Inc our family business for over 25 years now and I’ve enjoyed working with many different people. I strive very hard to give clients and customers the most personal service and try to save then thousands of dollars!! I consider myself very trustworthy, dependable, hard working and honest and I truly believe the customer comes first. I try very hard to make people happy when doing any real estate services for them.

I I have loved working with my husband, Eugene, for over 40 years as the office Receptionist. I think it is wonderful that our 2 children, Kathy & Gino are also active in our family business. I enjoy assisting them along with their clients. It is very rewarding to be a part of the business and our community.

The National Realtors Association, Multiple Listing Service and a part of our family business since 1994. My father has been in business since 1970, I could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable to look up to and learn the business. I have been a life long resident of Racine and am very familiar with our community. Over the past several years, 90% of my business has been referrals and returning customers. I would like to think it has a lot to do with the fact that I and our company will always put our clients and customers needs first.
