Established in April 1976, the Modular Construction Company, Inc., was formed to bring it's customers a diverse line of quality offshore housings and control buildings. We are located in St. Martinville, in the south central gulf coast region of Louisiana. Utilizing our experience in the field, Modular takes pride in being able to solve any problems that may arise with a project from beginning to completion.
