Monogram Custom Homes located in Ocean City, Maryland is a privately owned homebuilder that was founded in 2008 to concentrate on semi-custom and custom home building as well as remodeling on Maryland’s Eastern shore. Over the years we have established deep roots in our community.

The two principals bring diverse and complementary skills to the building approach. Colin Pedwell has over thirty years of hands on building experience in the field. He knows how to build from a vision and make it a reality in the home. Kathy Clark has also been in the real estate industry for over thirty years. Her background in the administrative, accounting and financing sides of the business as well as her dual career as a Maryland real estate broker gives her the depth of knowledge to facilitate the entire process in a counseling environment.
