Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee. DAMAGE CLAIMS Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Monstronix. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to Monstronix within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by Monstronix directly with the freight carrier. Plasma TVs must be opened and inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to Monstronix. For assistance, please contact Monstronix Customer Service. RETURN POLICY Opened products that are non-defective are not eligible for return. Plasma TVs are not eligible for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Monstronix prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
