High on our list of concerns is the ability to provide quick, efficient service to our customers when help is needed. It is and has been our goal from the beginning to render a superior quality service which will return our customers to full manufacturing operation within 24 hours whenever help is needed and whenever humanly possible to do so.

However, we also have been in this industry for over 30 years and believe we know our customers and what they are willing to and can afford to pay. We have therefore decided to "license" Monu-Cad Lite!

Jim Faliveno, the president and founder of Monu-Cad , is a retail memorial dealer with over 30 years experience in the Cemetery Memorial Industry. His work experiences include hand stencil cutting as a shop employee, setting, draftsman, field salesman, sales manager and business owner. Jim has taught Sales Management for the National Monument Association (MBNA) and has served as president of the New York State Monument Dealers Association.

We have a page here on our site dedicated to displaying pictures of our users installations. Many of you have built very nice Monu-Cad operating rooms. We would really like to show off your installation to other users. Please mail in or email a photo of your Monu-Cad setup room and we will put it on the showcase page along with your company information and even add a link to your web site!

The goal of our company is to provide superior affordable computer systems for the Point of Sale of Cemetery Memorials and systems to automate and speed the manufacture of memorials.
