Mr Swain's extensive experience with contract negotiation, project management, and estimating has enabled him to be highly effective in facilitating large scale projects with combined annual budgets in excess of $75 million.

He has professional experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Program Director, Construction Manager, Rehabilitation Specialist, and Construction Engineer.
