I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Moore personally twice over the last four years. I appreciate the manner in which he treats both his clients and his potential employees. The initial interview was conducted not only to assess the background and qualifications, but the personality and potential fit to the employer. In my case, soon after meeting with Mike, I interviewed and was placed as a Cost Accounting Manager with an aerospace manufacturer on a temp to perm basis. I was hired within three months as a perm. The position lasted three years.
