Luis Moreno is from Eagle Pass, Texas. He graduated from high school in 1989. He attained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1991. He attained his Masters of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1993. He was a public school educator until 2001. At that time, his career with Farmers Insurance Agency began. He also is an Army National Guard officer and has be serving his country since 2001. He is currently midway into attaining his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Julie Rodriguez, Personal Lines Specialist/Licensed Insurance Agent Since starting in the insurance industry 10 years ago, Julie has specialized in commercial and business insurance and also handles personal insurance such as home and auto. Julie prides herself in taking extra care of her clients in the most convenient manner possible. She goes above and beyond to meet and exceed our client’s needs by helping them get a full understanding of their insurance policies. Joshua Guerra, Homeowners Specialist/Licensed Insurance Agent Joshua has been a licensed insurance agent since 2005. Joshua’s main focus is to meet and exceed out customer’s needs by helping them get a full understanding of their homeowner’s coverage. Joshua likes to make sure that each client has a sense of security when choosing a homeowners policy at the Moreno Insurance Agency. He does so by reviewing all possible plans and coverages to suit our client’s needs.
