Since its founding in 2002 by the merging of the consulting practices of John Morgan and Community Planning Services, MorganCPS has served dozens of communities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. These include highly diverse work ranging from parks planning to periodic review to transportation planning. A particular specialty is creating and facilitating public participation processes. The linkage of planning programs with infrastructure planning and public finance is a key area of specialty. • Organizational Development – MorganCPS provides strategic and organizational planning services to a large variety of clients.
