Since joining MORGAN in 2007, Carter has led the development of over 4,000 units at a cost exceeding $650 million in Texas, Florida, North Carolina and Missouri. Prior to joining MORGAN, Carter served as Vice President of Investments at Camden Property Trust, where he was involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over 5,000 units throughout the Central U.S. His experience also includes developing and acquiring multifamily properties with Lincoln Property Company and providing investment advisory services while at Apartment Realty Advisors.
