RuffaloCODY provides enrollment management, fundraising management and on-campus phone-a-thon software and management for a variety of clients across the United States including colleges and universities, cultural, public broadcasting, philanthropic, Greek, and faith-based organizations.

Morning Star Studio worked closely with city staff to provide a design that aligned with their maintenance activities and experiences with users. Details of the building were fine-tuned to provide a functional and durable end product.

The Bonson Block building, constructed in 1873, will be restored to its orginal charm. Having been utilized as a storage facility by a furniture dealer in recent years, Morning Star Studio worked with Frantz Hobart development company to develop apartment plans for downtown housing. The City of Dubuque has encouraged more downtown housing with the addition of 1500 IBM employees to the area.
