In 1963 Morningside began as a small, volunteer organization located at 119 North Capital Way in Olympia, Washington providing needed training services to adults with disabilities. Over the next 50 years we grew into a multi-county organization providing our services from one of our 4 offices to clients in 5 counties. We employ more than 85 staff and serve over 500 clients each year. The company has changed greatly in the last 50 years! We began by assisting clients to produce arts and crafts and quickly grew into a production facility located on the west side of Olympia.

Morningside has a long and respected tradition of providing valuable services to businesses, organizations and state agencies in the Olympia area. We take great pride in knowing we've established a record of excellence and reliability while fulfilling our mission of providing vocational services to adults with disabilities.

Morningside is a private not-for-profit 501-(c)(3) Community Rehabilitation Program providing employment services to individuals with disabilities. We specialize in supported and competitive employment. Morningside’s corporate offices are located in Olympia, Washington. The corporation serves six western Washington counties from strategically placed satellite offices and employs a staff of over ninety.

We offer a variety of business solutions through our Morningside Personnel Solutions Department. A talented and flexible team of professionals can tailor services to meet your business needs. We specialize in mailing, assembly, packaging, commercial cleaning, temporary staffing and document destruction.

Coastal Business Services Group , a wholly owned subsidiary corporation, provides services to the business community such as document imaging, custodial services, communications, and data processing.
