Morris & McDaniel has considerable experience in developing and implementing performance appraisal and merit pay systems. Our goal is to provide a system that is easily adaptable across a wide variety of occupations. Therefore, we include mutual goal-setting, behavioral performance standards, and feedback and appeal procedures, as well as performance appraisal manuals for supervisors and training programs for all levels of employees.

: Our knowledge tests come in two forms - customized and non-customized. Regardless of the version your company chooses, the knowledge tested will first be confirmed by your organization. The exact knowledge will be based on a job analysis. We will tailor the test to suit the exact needs of your organization.

Morris & McDaniel has extensive experience in developing and conducting training programs for the public and private sectors. We have developed training programs in conjunction with other projects; such as assessor training in an assessment center as well as, customized job skills training for private companies. Organizational Effectiveness and Analysis: Often, decision makers know that their organization can be more efficient, but they are sometimes too involved to identify the full problem.

MMI has established testing operations in both the Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain and is working diligently to spread its operation to other parts of the region. MMI now has invaluable experience in translating its inventory of widely-accepted tests from English to Arabic and refining the tests to a particular region to account for societal and linguistic issues. As a result, the company can now assist clients in recognizing their particular testing needs and then move quickly to implement a screening program that is uniquely tailored to each client's particular requirements.
