James A. Conover is the firm's newest partner. He received his bachelor's of science degree from Illinois College in 1997 and started with the firm the same year. Jim is a Certified Public Accoutant and also a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA. His experience is in providing accounting, tax and advisory services to a variety of clients in various industries including real estate, construction, professional & financial services, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. In addition, Jim has worked with numerous clients during purchases or sales of their closely held businesses.

Warren M. Katz, the managing partner, received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in 1968 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He joined the firm in 1973 after having spent five years at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co., where he not only was involved in the supervision of major assignments, but also taught training classes for new accountants. He has a broad range of experience in serving small businesses and handles the internal administration of the firm.
