Founded in 2002, Morrison Street Capital, LLC places investment capital on behalf of the Morrison Street series of private equity funds. As a buyer of commercial real estate, we invest with precision and a hands-on management approach. As a secondary lender providing preferred equity, B notes, bridge loans and mezzanine debt, we serve as a trusted partner in filling the gap between borrower's equity and available first mortgage proceeds. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of local real estate markets throughout the western United States and our commitment to integrity, flexibility and ingenuity.

Mr. Parker was formerly Vice President of Finance for Harsch Investment Properties, a privately held owner and operator of over 21 million square feet of commercial property in the western United States. Mr. Parker gained 10 years of commercial real estate experience in various roles for the company, and completed over $1.5 billion in property and corporate debt in more than 90 transactions. Mr. Parker brings strong relationships with numerous institutional lenders, including banks and portfolio lenders. Mr. Parker received his bachelors in finance from the University of Alaska, and his masters in business administration from the University of Oregon. He is a CFA charterholder, and is a member of NAIOP.
