Description

Morrow Service provides service for many types of scientific instruments made by many different manufacturers. We provide this service to over 200 customers. References are available upon request.

Morrow Service was founded in 1959 by a former Beckman engineer and has been serving customers ever since. We are located in South San Francisco, the "Birthplace of Biotechnology". All Morrow FSEs are EPA certified for refrigeration work, all have 20+ years experience in various technical fields and the principals have engineering undergraduate degrees from the University of California and Masters degrees in technology and business. Certificates and other credentials are available upon request.

Morrow Service's mission has always been to provide significantly better Scientific Instrument Service than the instrument manufacturer and for a lower price. Better service includes faster response time, more highly skilled field service engineers (FSEs) and service of a wide range of instruments, some no longer supported by the manufacturer.

Morrow Service is a full service ally to Biotech and Medical research and clinical laboratories throughout California and Nevada.

NISA extends Morrow's capabilities by providing a broader inventory of difficult to find spare parts, manuals and experts on all types of equipment. Only the highest quality organizations which meet certain standards are accepted into NISA. NISA membership is a great asset for Morrow but, more importantly, for you, our customers.
