About Mortgage Discounters Mortgage Discounters has a long history of placing service to our customers as the priority. In 1985, when Sandy Fischer, our President, opened S.F. Associates Mortgage Co., Inc., the goal was, and remains, to give our customers the best possible service in obtaining the mortgage loan that best fit their needs and capabilities. In our early years, we focused on helping people with credit difficulties get into new homes or consolidate their debts so that they could save money every month. We listened to their needs and by consistently providing the quality of service that our customers expected, we developed strong relationships that have continued to today.
