Conventional rates shown are based on loan amounts of $150,000 with 25% equity and credit scores of 740 or higher. FHA and VA rates are based on loan amounts of $150,000 with credit scores of 720 or higher.

As an independent mortgage broker, Mortgage Network offers several advantages over other types of mortgage lenders. Loan originators employed by brokers are held to higher professional standards than their peers at banks and other financial institutions. They are required to pass state and national licensing exams, engage in continuing education, submit periodic criminal background and personal credit checks to regulators, and unlike their counterparts at banks, must fully disclose all of their fees and earnings to their clients up front at the time of application.
