Description

The Mortgage Returns concept was generated by requests from Loan Officers looking for mortgage industry-specific contact management software. While ACT, Goldmine, and even Outlook do a sufficient job of tracking key dates and maintaining contact information, Mortgage Returns goes several steps beyond, incorporating customer account-specific details into the tracking process. Using Mortgage Returns, Loan Officers know which clients to contact, when, and why, based on market conditions, amortization schedules, and calendar-based events. Mr. April launched Mortgage Returns in February, 2004, bringing more than 14 years of Customer Relationship Management, database management, and direct marketing experience to the organization. This extensive experience includes developing, deploying and managing a multitude of software programs; including several notable CRM projects for some of the nation's leading Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. April is a graduate of Indiana University at Bloomington , and has been a lifelong resident of St. Louis , where he and his wife are raising two daughters. Jim Blatt - Chief Operating Officer Mr. Blatt joined Mortgage Returns in September of 2004, after spending several months consulting on issues related to business start-up, developing financial and organization plans, and analyzing business valuations. Mr. Blatt developed the business plan and led the expansion of Mary Engelbreit Retail Stores, doubling revenues from $3.8 million to $7.8 million in 12 months. Mr. Blatt was fully responsible for all facets of the retail company, including developing and leading a sales force of 120 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to that, Mr. Blatt spent eight years at Edison Brothers Stores, Incorporated, in both financial and merchandising roles. Mr. Blatt's position ranged from senior financial and analytical member of the management team at The Wild Pair, a 200-store footwear chain, to the Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer.Mr. Blatt has an MBA from Washington University , is married and resides in St. Louis , where he and his wife are raising their son.Danielle Merrick - Marketing Coordinator Ms. Merrick came to Mortgage Returns in October 2006. With a background in marketing, advertising, promotions and account management, Ms. Merrick has been integral in the development of the Mortgage Returns Account Coordinator Team.
