Description

Bruce J. Moser, president and founder of MOSER, Incorporated, graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982 after receiving Bachelor of Science degrees in both Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation) and Business Administration (Marketing). Mr. Moser began his career with a local industrial furnace manufacturer as a Project Engineer and was first introduced to PLCs, factory automation and closed loop process control. In 1988, Mr. Moser accepted the position of Systems Engineer with Wehle Electric Company, Incorporated, the Allen-Bradley distributor in Buffalo, NY., which further developed and focused his skills exclusively with the Allen-Bradley product line. The next six (6) years included managing control system projects, developing PLC and MMI application software, configuring operator interfaces, instructing PLC and Operator Interface classes and seminars, and supporting the sales staff. MOSER, Incorporated became a New York State corporation on June 16, 1991, and had the goal, on a part time basis, of filling the gap left by the departure of Wehle Electric from the systems integration business. Several fortunate successes and the need for more time forced a decision to be made. On June 1, 1994, MOSER, Incorporated became a full time PLC Systems Integrator.
