Robert W. Moses is a founding member of the law firm of Moses & Aiken LLC and the President of Home Team Title ( http://www.hometeamtitle.com/ ) Bob has practiced law for over 32 years and specialized in real estate law for over 29 years both in private practice and as general counsel to a commercial developer. He practices law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a licensed Title Agent Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Moses has practiced law for over 32 years and specialized in real estate law for over 29 years both in private practice and as general counsel to a commercial developer. He practices law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Home Team Title is licensed to handle real estate settlements in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.

Mr. Moses grew up in Bethesda and attended Walter Johnson High School, the University of Wisconsin (BBA 1975) and Georgetown University Law Center (JD 1978). He is involved in extensive community service work, including service as President of the Brownstones at Park Potomac Community Association, Past President of North Bethesda Congress of Citizens Associations. He has testified before the Planning Board, County Council and the Montgomery County Delegation to the Maryland State General Assembly. He is an active sports enthusiast; former triathlete, avid skier, certified scuba diver.

Moses & Aiken has an active estate planning and estate administration practice through which we assist clients in Maryland and Washington, D.C. We design and implement simple and complex estate plans through careful consultation with our clients and the drafting of a vast array of estate planning documents, including Wills, Revocable Trusts and Irrevocable Trusts.
