W e have approximately 45 tow truck operators, six of whom are Lead Drivers. All prospective tow operators must give a clean, neat and friendly first impression. We work to instill the same values in all of our drivers through an extensive training system for new employees. This includes Alcohol and Drug Education, Hazardous Material Handling, Injury and Illness Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogen Protection, and Tow Operator Employee Policies and Procedures.

J ohn is our Operations Manager and has been with Motor Body Company for over 24 years. He started out as a driver and worked his way into one of our management positions. John is very knowledgeable in several aspects of our business. John has got a great sense of humor that compliments his managment experience.

F red has been with the company for over 13 years. Fred manages our yard and vehicle lien sale as well as several other functions within Motor Body Company. If you have a question about the vehicle lien sale, Fred is your man! Fred enjoys playing in a softball league. He also enjoys hunting and fishing.

S ince 1938 Motor Body Company has been providing road service and towing for disabled motorists throughout the Santa Clara Valley 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have 35 tow trucks, car carriers and service trucks available for your needs. Our tow truck operators have background checks and are tow industry certified for proper towing and recovery techniques. Each driver has a tow permit issued from the San Jose Police Department. We can provide all of your towing and road service needs from passenger and exotic vehicles to large trucks and motorhomes.
