For the past ten years, partners Dan and David Motz have worked with John Garlich of Perfection Landscape, Incorporated, one of the Tri-State’s leading retaining wall builders. In the spring of 2010, they finalized plans to build together. Since 1989, John Garlich and Perfection Landscape Incorporated have been one of the Tri-State’s premier retaining wall builders. John’s goal has been to create environments that invite people outside.
