He brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry to Mueller Prost PC, and has a solid reputation for providing his clients with a full-service experience -- from basic tax compliance and planning work to addressing issues that add value, such as budgeting, forecasting, industry benchmarking and guidance through business acquisitions. He can leverage this experience one step further to assist clients with business valuations, tax planning, estate planning, succession planning and exit strategies.

This group is comprised of experienced professionals who specialize in business valuation, intellectual property valuation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and litigation support services. While our primary business valuation focus is on serving the needs of closely-held companies, we also provide services to various SEC-registered clients. Our professionals maintain advanced certifications in business valuation such as CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst), ABV (Accredited Business Valuator), and ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser).

Bill worked in the private business sector for 10 years before joining a health services organization, serving as a reimbursement specialist. With his experience in reimbursement, he then joined a leading accounting firm where he built a cost reporting practice. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, including data gathering and analysis, completion of cost reports, as well as monitoring and working closely with Federal and State Healthcare auditors and assisting in the audit appeals process.
