Description
The College Hill Sport saddles listed in this section are new/old "deadstock" that have been stored in a warehouse of a defunct shoe store chain. We were able to aquire a wide selection of sizes, but we are limited to stock on hand. We have not been able to determine who manufactured saddles under the name of College Hill Sports, but have reason to believe that it may have been Spalding, the originators of the style. We have also included some of our newly produced styles that are patterned after classic styles available during the 1950s. Some might call these reproductions. They are all of comparable or superior quality to the originals. Are they really reproductions if the manufacturer has been making saddle shoes since the 1920sè?
