The legendary Paradise Rock Club, with a capacity of 933, originally opened in 1977, has endured as one of Boston’s premier rock-and-roll clubs for over 30 years. It caters to the best up-and-coming national touring acts.

David has made several gifts in memory of his parents. One most recognizable is the Mugar Omni Theater at the Boston Museum of Science was opened in 1987 and continues to be one of the most powerful education tools at the museum. For over 25 years the theater has attracted an audience of more than 17 million viewers. David has also given significant gifts to the WGBH Educational Foundation, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Massachusetts General Hospital and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.

Susan joined Mugar Enterprises, Inc., in 2002 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Susan has extensive experience in all areas of finance, including accounting operations, financial reporting and analysis, treasury, tax compliance , and tax planning strategies and administration. Susan directs, manages and develops an accounting and tax team to support all Mugar-related entities and investments. In addition, she is responsible for establishing and implementing all accounting policies and procedures and maintaining internal controls in a multi-entity environment.

He has more than 40 years of experience in developing and managing commercial real estate, including hotels, a regional mall, brownfield land and developed sites, several shopping centers, office and industrial space, and an assisted living complex.
